Employee Coaching
Called to Love can provide customized training sessions for small groups of staff or individuals in areas related to Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Accessibility. Our process includes consultation with Human Resources Departments in school boards or corporations to ensure sessions are appropriately tailored to the needs of each individual.
Yvonne Runstedler can work with your Human Resources department to address specific individual needs. Some services she can provide include:
• One-on-one employee coaching in areas of interest and/or need related to equity, diversity and inclusion
• Training specific to Catholic contexts as they intersect with equity concerns.
• Specific past examples not publicized here to ensure confidentiality.
